Could all AFRA members previously unable to get additional member menu items, even if logged in, please try again and let me know the outcome...

It still presents the issue that once you get into the members aera, once you get an error message when you try to finish the insurance section.

Thanks all, still sorting. If this can't be resolved between now and Friday I'll arrange to make sure manual arrangements are in hand.

is this a personal insurance chommers??

i take it the sites covering the public liabillity??

what i mean is as players its all "at own risk" but the public are covered, is this to cover players sepcificly?? , and do we all need it???

or can we just "at own risk" as usual???

Aye, the site is covered by insurance for all players - we wouldn't use a site that didn't, so nothing to worry about on that score.
But AFRA members have some additional perks which is what I'm trying to resolve.

Site insurance and liability is an interesting topic - one for round the camp fire I think... (heh, I know how to entertain  )

Site public liability is on show in the container, luckily I can run a game anywhere in the UK and still be covered :good: We have to have valid insurance to be UKARA registered and quite rightly so :)
PS if you want some reading we have the site Health and safety report, only about 40 pages of A4 :good:

Should be sorted now chaps - please try and log in again and follow instructions:

You should see extra items on the menu now.
Go to Member Details: and make sure everything is fully filled in (with car reg number) and under 'Choose your group' tick 'CiA'
Next to it add the password I am emailing to you and click 'update'.

Hurrah thanks Chomley we have now got to Square 2.

Have entered contact details and car reg etc and it seems to remember those.

However, we keep ticking the CiA box and updating but when we log out and come back again the tick has disappeared.

Consequently am a bit unsure whether we've made it into the group or not?

EDIT - Please ignore - have just seen your pm and will now try with the password lol.

EDIT 2 - I do believe we've done it! Thanks for sorting this. Flushed with success I may even attempt to join the forum but it might be pushing my luck.
