Please arrive on site in plenty enough time to pitch your tent, sort your kit and have a bit of calmness before briefings. We suggest 9am at the very latest.
You can arrive on Friday night and camp then if you wish, alternatively latecomers will have time to set up their tents after end-ex on Saturday.
The safety brief and game briefings will begin at 10.00am sharp and we ask that you respect your fellow players by arriving in a timely manner.
Players arriving late and who miss briefings will not be able to join the Saturday day game for H&S, logistical and gaming reasons.
At 10.30am game on is called there will be no break until end-ex when players will return to camp around 4.30pm for food, rest and recuperation prior to the start of the evening game at 7.30pm so you will need to prepare for this and take enough food, water and ammo to survive the day. The evening game will be a single shot game (similar to the fun that was had at Bryansk) and doesn't form part of the Husky scenario as such, players may choose not to participate.
The evening game will finish at nightfall then the social will begin.
Sunday game on is at 9.30am - end-ex for the event will be called at 12noon.

Best ask Helga that. Intention is for people to get some R&R, set up properly and eat before nightfall. Evening game will run until dusk, then social. Much like Bryansk.
Will we have some sort of fixed CP where we can offload food etc, or are we more likely to be taking it with us on patrol?

On patrol. The game will unroll gradually over the site.
There's a good chance you'll be able to stow it somewhere behind your lines or on a regen point with ammo though. But it will need to be moved at some point.

Love to make it to the pub, but doubtful if we'll arrive before 10pm. 
I was planning on leaving at 3 but may go a bit earlier so I can make it to the pub first.. The Satnav I'm borrowing doesn't seem to accept co-ordinates so can't find the site. Of course it can't find the pub either but at least that should be easier for me to find myself.
