I've got the following kit I'm happy to loan out, on a "break it, replace it" basis.

Dot44 tunic, size 44-46" chest.
M43 keilhosen trousers, size 34-36" waist.
Shirt, size 44" chest.
Gaiters.
EM Jackboots. size 9-9 1/2.
Splinter parka.
MP40 pouches.

I'll also have a few fibreglass M35 and Fallschirmjager helmets made by then, should anyone be struggling for a helmet.

PM me if you want any of my kit. :good:

When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!

David
Chest - 42
Waist - 34-36
Shoes - 10 (or a pair of Gaiters with British ammo boots if that's OK?)

As discussed, Craig, David can borrow the following from me:
Sidecap (SS or Heer)
Tunic (wool Heer M42 or M36, or wool SS M40 and/or Dot 44 tunic)
Trousers (M42 Feldgrau with braces)
Belt and buckle (Heer or SS)
Green gaiters

Depending on whether someone else is borrowing stuff, you probably won't have a breadbag or water bottle, but you can have gas mask cannister, Y-straps, spade and bayonet.

Is Luftwaffe OK for this? I take it if SS is, then...

Hey, if not I'll wear my Heer kit, even though it now has more rips and holes than buttons...

(of course, it'll take me a few days to sort money etc, and get the time off).

I haven't quite decided what I want to wear yet but I should have at least 2 tunics (1 heer, 1 SS-size 42), a helmet (size 58/59), SS smock & helmet cover, belt and y-straps, SS belt buckle, breadbag, MP40 pouches and SS sidecap available to borrow for this if anyone is short on kit. I also have some size 9 1/2 jackboots I'm not going to be using but I prefer not to lend out boots unless absolutely necessary.

Usual "you bend it, you mend it" rules apply!

When we were an Empire it was run by an Empress
Now we're a country we're run by a..........

That would be great Helga. Lipton has no problem wearing women's clothes (insert joke here).

thinking of the how, one plan was 'we can all go on a day-trip to York (which I think I remembered was near where you are), but then I realised me and thee are at Crich aren't we, so we could do the lending there?
