OK gents , a little way off as of yet , however this event is going to struggle if we can't get the required hunter numbers.
I know the date is making it difficult for some, however if you are interested in this event as German , then please start making some noise now or book in . We have a few weeks left before we have to decide if this may be the first ever cancelled CiA event, which would be a shame .

I need to wait for sufficient funds and clarification on the dates of some work projects before I can commit though.

There are 4 of us registering requested noise, though the medium of me. Just checking we can borrow the required stuff from those who are kind enough to lend and that we have acceptable guns/tents and then we will make considerable noise.

Booked Ian Smith (virgin german) so thats all the 16th booked in

OK people, despite having changed the date to hopefully avoid the bank holiday issue , as off today we're still about 20 germans short of an event .
Since we have to agree the site, commence work on the event, start spending money etc , to be quite blunt if we cannot get a pretty full German side by the end of July then we'll have no other option than to cancel .
So.......... last word on the subject , if you plan on coming then please book in the next coupla weeks .31st July is the go / no go date for us
