Well we are more than happy to bend history for an Airsoft game every one does it all the time, you bring your 262 and tiger and we will bring our jeeps! Ha ha, will hapily being a 1957 4x4 army truck too as it's very generic in looks if you need a german truck in game?
We wouldn't bend history for re-enactment, I have been reenacting many periods of history for 17 tears and know better ;-)
but for the organisers, we won't come if u don't want us to upset the ( how was it put? Nazi stitch counters) we are happy either way, just looks a fun event and would like to come and join in .

It gets my vote as stated Inclusive not Exclusive please come :happyclap:
As for nazi stitch counters the point I was trying to make is I don`t care if you have the wrong jacket or insignia. I think it is great and most important that people support these events. I for one would rather have 30 a side in look a like kit (Although I am sure that many make a great effort to get kit together, my wallet screams each time as I have to kit out my 2 boys aswell!!)than 15 a side with perfect kit.
Come on down :happyswing:

He's got a .50 cal mounted on a jeep we can use in game, that gets an invite all day long, not to mention the truck :good:

Docs jeep has a .30cal mounted... The .50cal (8mm gas powered) is going to happen as soon as a couple of other scratch builds are out of the way

Oh only a 30 cal? well I'm not so sure now...

Lol only joking, the fact that he can bring down a vehicle that can be used in game would be great :good:

Definately guys, come along. the more the merrier and it would be great for us invading hun to have something big to shoot at.

It seems like this game is going to be the only one down south this Summer, and if we don't support these games, that take a lot of time and effort to organise, the guys who plan them just won't bother.

I'm not a hardcore WW2 player, but the two games I've been too have been great fun. Excellent gameplay and a good bunch of people (no stitch counters that I noticed). So anyone down this way, who's a regular forum reader, got some gear but hasn't been to a WW2 game yet, come along, you'll enjoy it. Let's face it, there aren't that many of us WW2 players, so when the list goes up, why not sign up, dig your tent out and and join some more like-minded loons. There's one thing for sure once you've played a WW2 game, those old open days might not have quite the same appeal.

To be really nerdy you can always disguise it as a Bantam Prototype! Now where's an Austin Tilly when you need one!

Fantastic to have all along - I'm really looking forward to it1
