Right-ho, sites and such.
There have, as yet, been three mentions - that I have been able to deduce.
1. A Tunisia like one that Webby knows about.
Sounds excelent, but I think would be best used in the warm summer (June/July) so something to keep in our pocket?
2. MilsimUK, Stoke on Trent area.
I had a reply email from the man, Lee, at the site about going and having a look at it. He said that they are there every Saturday in July getting some test days in, and that we are welcome to join them.
Advantage of being in the Midlands and the 'oo it's a new site no one has been to'.
Bad points? - well as yet it is an unknown quantity, it is also small (apparently).
3. F&O Huddersfield
Yith's been and says it is good, next open day is two weeks Sunday. Advantages are that is on the doorstep of me and Dean, making any set up stuff considerably easier.
Bad Point - It is in Yorkshire... A long way for many people. (Also if it is going to be in Huddersfield there is a strong part of me that jut says 'use Tyreal's site' as we know the 'service' is great)
Both the last sites are 'just woods', but a lot of sites are 'just woods'. It would be lovely to have at least a river, or a hill or something. But they are not flat.
Anyway, what are people's thoughts?
