So they are advertising it as a ww2 milsim but it's a normal open day where I think they are hoping for lots of period type dressing up. Modern gear and guns allowed so if anyone is planning on going I personally recommend face pro. Far too many full autos out there for my delicate cheeks! I'm gonna go either D-day para or late ww2 infantry probably the former. But with my Thompson or m14 to even it up a bit. Don't think this is a place for an m1 or low powered bolt action..... Hopefully enough uniforms for a good fun day?!? When has an airsoft day not been fun lol.

I can probably scrape together a "generic" us uniform, just don't know if I have work or not on that date, will find out next week. Provisionally up for this.

Would love to come to promote WWII airsoft. Unfortunately I will be in Germany then.

I've got lots of bits of Gerry uniform, but not a complete one, and probably don't fit me now anyway. I'll have a sort out to see what I have.

Not looking good on the German uniform, what I have, don't fit anymore! So it looks like yank outfit, have got M1 helmet somewhere.......just haven't located it yet. If I do get it together, the ride down bit might work.

M1 pot coming along nicely, have M41 jacket, pistol belt, Thompson, 1911 colt, but can't find leggings, might have given them away some time ago, can't remember, might have to buy some more, I'll ask on wanted section first, see if anyone has got any.

Well, apart from top coat spray on M1 pot, Yank uniform is as complete as it's going to get for now, haven't got water bottle cover, but I don't think that's a big problem,
so will be booking the game from Monday onwards.

Well, I'm all kitted out, got the lot ready, but now will be working both days this weekend, as work is not too constant lately, I have to take this.
Still did make me get the US kit together,.......probably won't get to use it until next year now.

Oh well another time then.. I'm all paid up and going although off to lanzarote Monday so was a tough call to go sunday but even if I leave early a chance to get the uniform out and aired

I left after the first game went to apocalypse and had a great game there before coming home.

That's the first time I've really not felt at home at a site. And yet the family that own/run it were lovely, the players there though terrible.

Well, I did want to go to this, but now you've said it wasn't great, I'm glad I went to work and earned some money ( to spend on Airsoft of course!)
