Are we able to promote games we are attending? I assume so as this would be for the betterment of the genre.

You can usually download and copy the game banner and add it to your signature to help promote games ,not sure what other forums might think though ,zero in forum don't allow adverts from their competitors at all ,they just about tolerate non profit stuff but they will probably delete the post first(and give you a stiff warning) and ask questions later .

If its a Ww2 game then this is the best place for it to be advertised ! Contact the mederators as they have some guidelines that might help .
If its a modern milsim then not so much .
