Hi Guys and Gals, I am trying to organize an airsoft event at RIFT Coms3 site, near Banbury, the event is an opportunity for enthusiasts with early loadouts. I understand this may not appeal to "purists" but I feel it could be the start of something that will attract support.
What I am trying to achieve ultimately is to get to a stage where we can have WW2 themed events in the local area. But at the moment, the more I can get onboard likeminded WW2 enthusists. We have several "Russian" followers and there appear to be quite a few US and British/Commonwealth but not so many German followers.
This is early days but I do have a date Saturday 27th June. Ultimately I would want to be able to get events on Sundays in the future.
Costs will be £25 (this is the std walk on fee for RIFT).
RIFT is a dedicated airsoft skirmish site located on an ex WW2 RAF base, offering woodland with derilict buildings, RIFT offer full marshal support and a on site refreshment and first aid facilities.

The idea is to have a pre 1970 thats, WW2, Korea and Vietnam against modern loadouts, it might be interesting to see a Tommie and a Stormtrooper fighting alongside a Vietcong with a AK47.
Interesting idea,would it be stuctured event or more of a walk on type day?
