Kameraden, it would be nice if some of us could co-ordinate our kit, rather than seeing every type of German unit that ever existed.
My strong preference is Heer Infanterie (although I could do Waffen SS Infanterie also).
So, what does everyone want to do?
You've got nothing to ein, zwei, drei, vier
Well me and Tom are a sniper team for this one, so had been thinking of SS as easier to get concealment with the camo, but happy to do Heer if thats the preferance
Heer (jager) infantry for me.
When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!
Heer here. Early war kit for the never been near the front line look.
Field greys - my jacket is currently badged as Heer pioneer, so it will stay as such.
heer for me too

Give me a big enough hammer and a place to stand and I could fix the world.
i'll kill a man in a fair fight or if i think he's going to start a fair fight or over a woman or.......
a problem shared is a problem halved ,but an advantage shared is no advantage at all
if a job's not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well
Heer Infantry for me also. Field greys with helmet (newly chicken wired) and carrying my MG34.
I was planning on feldgrau Heer.
Cheers

Well, it makes sense - neutral colours don't clash so greys or even khakis make good alternatives to black. Muted browns or tans also work but in all cases it must be plain colours - patterns will always risk dating or being branded with the 'fashion victim' tag.
I can tell you one thing you'll all be coming as....lily-livered, yellow bellied cowards....that's what.
Them's fighting words!

heer for me too, although im not going as german this game!

just as discretion is the better part of valour ,so cowardice is the better part of discretion.

So, we are all coming in grey. Jackboots or ankle boots? I was tempted by jackboots even though it is autumn 1944, to add to the 'never been near the front line' look.

Ankle boots for me.
I think I'm going to go for jackboots. Its not a massive site so I shouldn't get too uncomfortable like I sometimes do in jackboots. I'm basically going for the classic warfilm/training manual look- field grey, bare DD helmet, jackboots & K98. I'd go greatcoat too if it was cold enough.
jack boots for me,no k98 so mp40 for this
