Cant have anywhere too big for PBI type games.

Non regen games mean we have to be able to get everyone in and out of the area in about ten minutes.

I can just see up traipsing around for hours trying to find the two lost players stalking each other in acres of forest!

I voted for Oosterbeck and Goodwood as both would use our exisiting kit and can have interesting scenarios around them. Oosterbeck with potential for lots of local attack and counter attack to form and hold the perimeter. Goodwood should lend itself to a series of travelling scenarios as a British platoon advances to meet varied enemy and tries to avoid getting run over by allied tanks.
Site selection is going to be the interesting thing with urban/woodland needed for Oosterback and open rolling terrain for Goodwood(have we got any contacts for Salisbury Plain Training Area?).
I would love to do a Crete game but would hope it could be a large scale CiA game to do it full justice.

Hi, echo on using the existing kit a bit more. I would like to use the South Staffords kit as much as possible so I can justify a proper Denison

Crete & Oosterbeek. Want to do a proper med game, and S.Staffs is what we / I do best without buying more kit.

Thanks for the offer Richard. We'd prefer not to use MOD sites if possible. We're a pretty small group and don't want to get into having to deal with them. I've heard plenty of scare stories.

Anyway, we have just booked a site for the Oosterbeek game... see the other thread.
