A great day. I learned a great deal and had a lot of fun doing it! I'm so pleased that everyone else did as well. Thanks to all who attended and contributed.

As for the next training day. I suspect we'll have one at about the same time next year.

Yes excellent day, thanks to everyone involved in putting it on.

Great photos too, they almost make it look like we're marching in time.

Anne was complaining to me all day about Ramsey biffing her every time my back was turned but I just didn't believe it 'till I saw the pictures lol.

Sash is my fault, Rich asked me and i told him to wear it that way. I was sure it was right for 40s. I could be wrong.

I know it was on the *right* way for the last training day so let me check.

I did what Gadge told me to. I had never done it before. It was his sash.

Sigh.

You know how when a date gets flagged up that you know you can't make, even though you want to?

And you know how you deliberately don't read the stuff they are talking about doing 'cos you know you can't be there?

And you know how you sort of convince yourself that it won't be all that good anyway so why be annoyed about missing it?

And then you know how when you see the pics and read the posts and realise that it was REALLY good and you're actually REALLY annoyed at having to go to a blimmin' birthday lunch instead?

...no?
