I'm worried about this one to be honest. It's a biggie, there is a lot of competition and a lot expected from exhibitors. To use it as an excuse for 'free' tickets would be a mistake I think. It will need time and commitment - it isn't a Ripley, Bunker Bash or Waltham Abbey.

There is a site meeting on Saturday 14th May and the event requires five/six days of 16th-SS member's time.

count me out dave as its the biggest show and dont think soap and tables and zelts is good enough with the kit we have between us small events would be better 8)

Well, small displays are fine there but obviously we wouldn't get the best pitch. But I certainly don't have the time to set up during the week and I don't think others do either so I'll get onto the W&P organisers ASAP to cancel our booking so that they have time to re-allocate the large pitch we had!
