I've worn a Sam Brown whilst airsofting plenty of times before... I have a nice 1911 holster to go with it.
Gadge has one as well, but no holster...
In fact all I need is the No2 dress uniform we're using as a look-a-like and the insignia... gadge just needs the insignia

Well I've got the No2s... I bought some proper GS buttons, brassoed them up and have sewn them on. I've also got myself a Sam Browne. All together I don't think I've looked so smart since my wedding day!
The trousers are too long and need shortening but thats no problem.
Unfortunately the Sam browne is rather tight... Gadge does yours have any "length" to it? Could we try a swap perhaps? Failing that I'm on a diet this month... lol!

it fooled me ! You look great in it Yith , I'm envious of the waist as well ! My belts always look to be under considerable strain !

The full length of the leather belt on mine is just under 42". I think its designed for a max of 34" waist.
Perhaps we could organise the swap over in advance of the event, just to check? I could pop down to notts at some point.
