Yes there's large crap areas but also some rather good office areas (etc) which look excellent.
Best thing as far as I'm concerned is it looks clean... i.e. no nasty coal dust will get embedded in my BDs! 
Looks like a 'The Sweeny/Professionals' film location! Or Spooks even. 
I'd love to play that site with team sides of three players and get a bit of tension into it - as it stands I'm not enthused despite Ben's 4x speed vid with upbeat music track!
lol... I'm not enthused by the massive over subscription for the opening event either!
