Its just occured to me that we have so many good ideas and loactions planned we coudl end up shooting ourselves int he foot.

By this i mean if we do too much the events lose their sparkle and novlety. I found this doing GW open days and campaigns, any more than four of each a year and numbers dropped off drastically.

Perhaps we shoudl cap CiA events to 4 a year? One for each season.

So this year:
Spring: Arnhem
Summer: Churchills revenge
Autumn: ?
Winter: ?

This would give us a three month exectution cycle. Plus spread out that far every one woudl be dyin for the next one *and* it gives the other sites windows to do events and we dont look liek we want to be the only guys doing stuff, what do you think?

OK fine, but I thought we had already agreed to four anyway!

Well imagined two more on top of what we have already.

One August/Sept and then one later in the year...

pretty much the same as Gadge said... However since we had major light problems in December I suggest we go for a little earlier this year for our last game. Perhaps Nov?

This is my reasoning for making the other game late Aug/ early sept.
