Just got back from the chiropractor and had diagnostic type exam to sort my back out.
Well i knew i was fucked but didn't realise how bad it was.
Basically my training injury that wiped my forces career out has left me:
With a misaligned pelvis
*one inch* shorter on my left hand side because of it
and i put six pounds less pressure down on my left hand side than right when i walk.
So i going to get it sorted and see who i can see about suing the MOD

My cousin has developed a kidney problem which has resulted in him having to be on dialysis every day.
The doctors have said that it must have been developing for years and routine checks would have highlighted it so they could have caught it early.
Funny thing is, he was serving in Iraq a couple of years ago and left the army after his minimum requirement and had a full medical before discharge and it was missed....the current doctors have said that it would have been impossible to miss as there would have been irregularities in his blood and urine samples. Missed, or ignored?
He's 25.

Get as much as you can mate. Back problems are an absolute nightmare. I hope you get sorted soon. What's the prognosis? A freind of mine had a similar, but less severe, problem that was solved with custom made insoles for his shoes.
Can't remember who, but I'm sure one of my other airsofting friends once told me he was shorter on one side than the other but managed to continue with just a shoe insert or similar...

One of the reasons given to us last year, and again this year, for the shit pay rises was due to the amount of money MoD is shelling out on legal fees and compensation.
