Need to make clear no one has a place booked until the deposit is received rather than 10 days malarky.

How do you reckon we should handle it?

Well, it would be terrible if punters bunged their deposit in straightaway and secured a place and then didn't show at the event as they knew they were only loosing a tenner.

Given the exclusivity I would say ther was a strong case for asking for more up front, if not the full fee.

As an aside, rather than refer to the UCAP rules on their web site we out to spell it out directly.

Why not get 'em to pay directly to UCAP then?

Actually that makes sense, then UCAP can give us the deposit costs back.

Nothing ot stop them paying us and us paying UCAP their bit - we're asking for UKAP to send us cash back after the event ?- we need the cash before I'd have thought ?
