Re open day , I would suggest just mention we are going there on an open day , leave it at that . TBH you want the time ot have a good look around rather than have all our matey players pestering you .

Oh I have no doubt of that!! I'd just have liked to ensure that everyone had a chance to book in... the idea that it may have booked up by the end of the week does concern me. For instance if a very loyal player is on holiday and misses their chance (etc)
But anyway... its done now...

We can't do mass emails from this server due to anti-spam measures (but it will be an option when I migrate this site & forum to the new server) so you would have to do a selective copy and paste job on those you want to email.
What I suggest we do is open up a few extra places in a month or so...

Having had the full guided tour of the site, id much rather have people miss it, than get stuck in endless mexican standoffs for the day, and go home pissed off.
