I shall need £65 in total

Old Typewriter of Ebay - £15

Don't anticipate any further expense as I have everything to complete the work now.

I'll sort out the receipts for the bits n pieces i built this week, comes in somewhere around 125 off the top of my head.

As we have made an excess on this game, what other items/props could we do with for future games?

Here is the accounts pending final adjustments:

Money incoming: 1575.00
Less
UCAP 950.00
Expenses Yith - 24.00
Expenses Kermit - 132.08
Expenses - Guy - 79.00
Expenses CW - 160.10
Paypal - 54.20
Deposit returned - 30.00

balance 115.76 surplus

Issues arising: Non attendees
Joker 33.61
Ed 35.00
Ray Nash 33.61
Stubblehopper 67.42
Who'sWill 33.61
if we return all the above (203.23) then we make a loss of 87.47

We had 42 paying places, ended up with 39 players. It was the three Allied places not filled (Joker, Ed, Who'sWill) - if we return the three Axis fees of 101.03 then we end up with a 14.73 surplus. If we do nothing we have a kitty of 115.76.

I wouldn't return them. We based what was being spent upon a set budget. Harsh, but fair I think.

OK, cash surplus of £115.76 it is then.
BTW - I diddled UCAP out of £25 as we had 39 playing punters turn up but I thought it was 38  meh, call it discount!

Guy - IOU £14.00
Kermit - IOU £132.08 (+ £15 private purchase)
Yith - IOU £24.00 (PS did Syd give you cash or a cheque perchance?)

Please state how/when you want paying...
