By sheer chance it appears there is an event happening down at Portsmouth that weekend... Its mainly a veterans event, but from what I can gather there will be some re-enactment...

I'm planning to ring them up today to confirm arrival details for the Saturday evening.
I reckon to set off from my place around 8:00am so that means arrival at Dave's at 8:40am and then arrival at Portsmouth around midday with plenty of time to shop, etc!

No idea. best to bring some lamps. I'll dig out a couple of gas lamps ive got (and a good few gas cylinders)
Oh, its concrete floors as well so bring a thermarest or camp bed. And a torch for gameplay (some parts of the site are unlit)

Just had a call from Andy... let him know how much we enjoyed the day and told him some of the ideas we have had.
He suggested to me about praying the swastika/eagle template thingies on the barrels and crates before I could mention it.
