Well there doesn't seem to be much interest.
With that in mind I checked with Alex as to his minimum requirements...
Here's what he said:

I agree. I had thought Alex was OK with whatever numbers, but if he would like 20 then I do not think we are going to get that many.
I will still leave it to your call if you think it is worthwhile, but with Barrie, Anne, Pete, Gadge and Evo not going as Russian, I don't think there are ten others with kit to do it.
Well I do know that Alex wants to know sometime before the date so that he can let the shooters have the site.
How about we give it two weeks and then say that's it!. So a cut off date of Sunday 18th July. If there's been no significant improvement by then, it's postponed until the Autumn?
This means that Alex has 3 weeks advance notice.
I think telling people about this in advance may be counter-productive!
Looking ahead... the beginning of November looks possible...

Of course a big boon would be peoples FoR order arriving, so more people have kit.

Lol, this is going back to the original discussion of Russian games in summer! Why people don't listen to me I don't know! I fear we're reliant on too many unreliable people for the Russian side. Barry and Anne have slipped off the radar, pete is in and out of jobs, Gadge and evo's commitment is lapse at the best of times. August is riddled with people taking holidays etc.
