Game Fees are £25.
The full amount paid in advance is required to secure your place and can be paid via PayPal to yith (at) yith (dot) co (dot) uk. We prefer you mark the PayPal payment as a gift so that we can utilise the most of the money for making your game experience better.
When making payment, please put your full name, forum name (if available) and side you wish to play. PayPal is preferred, however a cheque can be sent/Cash at any game/open day meet ups, please PM me for details.
Payments are non-refundable; however you can transfer your place to another interested party if you can no longer make the event. Please let any of the organisers know if this is the case.
Initial bookings will be limited to 10 a side in order to keep sides even, but should both sides fill up then more spaces will be made available.

Ok?
yup, looks fine to me.
I take it we're still asking £25 to cover the lunch since we're not planning to build any props?
Well I wasn't really sure and that's why I didn't just post it straight up!
I know we discussed no props at all, but should we still take the extra fiver to be safe?
I wouldn't be sure of asking for an extra fiver for lunch as alex provides lunch in his £20 fee.
If people pay and extra £5 for nothing, you're gonna end up with a profit of potentially £150 if 30 people sign up?

Yup, this is a concern... extra fiver wouldn't be for lunch.
If we do go for £20 a head it'll be the cheapest day wwii airsofting ever! ![]()
Any other opinions on this?
Or charge £25 but give something to the players for it, see if you could swing some deal with alex that with the extra £5 each the player gets to grenades or something. Providing that theyre over 18 or what not. THe Dragoon game lacked grenades to take out entrenched people.

I'm sure we can find something to spend the money on? I think I'd prefer to take the extra as it does give us a bit of insurance against any unknown extra costs. It can be spent on some pyro if nothing else!
So, if nobody has any objections I'd like to get this thread posted tomorrow evening.
Looks like evo won't be coming!
I've moved craig over to german... for now... so we have even sides for organisers? Unless anyone has a better idea!
That's no problem, in fact it makes most sense and I am happy with it.
I am happy with the £25, which if nothing else can be spent on Pyro. I don't think we are going to get any extra people for a fiver cheaper green fee.
I've put this up now.
BTW, Anna has been very nice and understanding as regards helping out with the Schuster order. I did wonder if we should let her play for free?
That isn't a problem with me at all.
