I notice a few games in the planning for June (PBI, AGS) so it might be worth confirming and announcing the date publicly for this asap. (If that's at all possible at the moment!)
Aye, I've bagged July for us. With W&P on the week beginning 20th I'd suggest the earlier in the month, the better, 2nd & 3rd?
That might be tough for me as I might be in Germany.

Don't know, not booked yet, but our dates are dependent on others and that's not been confirmed. Hence, we might be in Germany then.

Just been speaking to Guy. IED were hoping to run one of their events on 9th/10th July at Ceri - they offered Glen Ceriog again but Guy said no ta.
So... we can't run any later in the month as it is getting so close to Beltring.
Is 2nd/3rd definitely out for you two Steve/Pete? If so we might have to go for end June - 25th/26th.
Damn. End of June's going to be difficult as that exactly when we're planning to be in Germany.

Oh dear, hope we aren't down to two games next year then. We can't do June 'cos Stephen's on holiday, can't do July 'cos the only date we can do the site isn't available, August is a hopeless month.
Our only hope is asking Ed if he will change his date to suit us - which seems very rude. Or find another big site that can take vehicles.
I don't think it's that rude given that we're offering a considerable amount of money for it.
The last weekend in June is 25/26. That's going to be a major PITA but could be doable at a push.

Well, Ed is very obliging and I'm sure he would move his game for ours but Guy has said to him we will explore all other options before coming back to him.
We've got nine months here people , shifts can't be changed, plans re arranged by 7 days ?
Eds very obliging with us , we can phone up get sent the keys and no questions asked. But he does have to plan it all in with the FC, and he does run IED on the same lines as we run CiA . It's an amatuer thing, he has a regular job and is not a "site operator", hence money is not a factor in this at all . I'm sure the cash we bring is a bonus, but he runs his sites for games he likes for 20 players 10 times a year, do the maths , IED rarely break even most years.
My point is , before I go back and tell him, no move your big event, it is really too much to ask that we think again ?
