As I'm coming by Jeep , and have the keys to the site ( though Ed is unaware of this) I'm taking the Friday off and having a gentle drive up , probably with Guy Seidler .
I'll be up there for 5 ish , will pitch up and probs go to the Rising Sun for the evening . Will leave the site open .
As we have a lot of people coming up on Friday , I suggest we tell people to meet us in the pub, and then go up in one chunck otherwise they'll get lost . I was going to suggest they camp in their camps save setting up twice.
When do you guys plan on getting to Clun ?
I might try for a half-day on the Friday.

I'm due to finish work at 1700hrs on the friday but, am trying to get the day off as annual leave. It's not that far anyway, so, it won't take long to get there for me. I'd enjoy the chance for a piss up in Clun, as it's my bierthday on the saturday!

Sounds good to me. Tell the punters we'll meet them there and we can drive to the site in convoy. This also gives us the chance to set up our shelters before we get wankered at the pub.

I have managed to get my shift changed on the friday. I now finish work at 1300hrs, meaning I can get to the site much earlier than anticipated. Basically, I'll load up the car before work, so I can set out straight after my shift ends. Steve, I appreciate your offer of a lift but, we're going to need my 4x4 for ferrying punters and kit on the saturday (and sunday).
I'd be happy to have a beer or two in Clun, then drive to Ceri en masse and then have a few more beers once we're on site, without kicking the arse out of it.
