Kameraden! For those wishing to go as Heer to this event, I have spoken to Richard Underwood about getting GD Pioniere shoulderboards (i.e. with black Waffenfarbe). He can get them made specially for no extra cost – i.e. they are the same price as his other GD s/boards, £12. (Tresse is extra.) He asked if anybody else might want some, so we came to the conclusion that it would be simpler if I put in a bulk order, since he has to order a certain amount, and it is a 6-week lead time. FYI, if you order the Feldgrau (rather than bottle green) s/boards, the black piping will stand out nicely. It is completely correct to have either colour with an M36 tunic – much photographic evidence supports this, so I will be ordering Feldgrau ones.
So, please let me know in the next few days if you’d like a pair. If so, PM me with your name and address. Once I have the complete order, I’ll send Richard the details of what needs to be sent where. I will pay for the complete order and you can pay me back individually – that will save it being held up by any slow payers! 
He also does the GD cuff titles, in Sutterlin or Gothic script – not sure how much yet*, since they’re not on his website, so let me know if you want one of those also. I am going to sew mine into a loop and just tack it on lightly, so it can be easily removed / reused. I know a few of us used to do GD, and it would be great to revive the impression.
