I do agree with Craig - sub-350, you don't have to worry about distance.

You've got nothing to ein, zwei, drei, vier

Who said it was HIM that would be worried?

Sorry, I set that one up to amuse me, Steiner is right.
To be honest, the site is very densely wooded. There are a few deforested areas, but anyone choosing to traverse those will have a death wish.
Sub 350 will be perfect for Ceri.

Guess thats unanimous then lol
Been wondering what to bring and as it looks like there'll be a fair few sub 350 rifles I may well do the same and bring my KTW springfield which last time I chrono'd it was running about 330, I'll probably bring an smg as well just in case.

Go Riflemen!
+1 here, i'll be bringing my new K98 conversion (with MP40 in the car in case of reliability 'issues'!) doing about 310fps
MP44 for me + MP41 as backup, car sharing so may be unable to bring the MG this time

Looks like I might not be able to lend you my Mosin after all Steve. I'd forgotten the trigger mech housing had cracked and needs replacing. I'm having trouble finding a replacement as standard (non zero trigger) housings, or even entire trigger units, are a bit tricky to find. I could take the one from my K98 if Devonshire is willing to use my Tanaka instead? Alternatively I can offer you the Tanaka or my M14 as SVT-alike?
I've got a genuine TM VSR trigger unit laying about somewhere Rich. No sears in it, just the housing and trigger.

When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!
