The German 6th Army has secured the Flugplatz at Gumrak, this has now allowed them the freedom of resupply from the air. Concurently they have also secured Mamayev Hill allowing them a full 360° view of the city.

Spartanovka was also secured by the Germans.

The Soviet's Don front (Army) and Stalingrad Front (Army Group) have moved up to the Eastern banks of the Volga to begin pouring men into the city!

Civilians have been denied to leave the city, many are taking up arms against the facist invaders!

Looking forward to January 2023, Stalingrad 2 - Technical Inst. at Gunman Airsoft, Tuddenham.

Our last Soviet game until after September 20223.

The Technical Institute, the Tractor Factory Sector (II).

The Soviets race from the docks the through the shallow trenches to secure a foothold in the area. Germany advances confidently with fire superiority.

A brutal tug of war battle is about to erupt...

Gunman Tuddenham, IP28 6DF

Story:

The Technical Institute, the Tractor Factory Sector (II).

The Soviets race from the docks the through the shallow trecnhes to secure a foothold in the area. Germany advances confidently with fire superiority.

A brutal tug of war battle will ensue...

Objectives:

CAPTURE – Soviet & German troops must secure 2/3 capture points.

HOLD – Soviet & German troops must hold the 2/3 capture points to win.

There are some busy busy hands in the Frontline Events - WW2 Community...

The 7.5 cm leichtes Infanteriegeschütz 18 (7.5 cm le.IG 18) will be making its debut at the Stalingrad 2 - Technical Inst. this coming January! It will be capable of firing (with recoil for show) a wide range of airsoft 38mm ammunition! We cant wait to see it in action!

It will be finished in Feldgrau paint, lathered in mud for camouflage and a lovely net draped over the front to break up the shape!

You will may have noticed an update...

All Soviet impressions will be acceptable. German Impressions to be Heer and Luftwaffe Ground troops only (Falschirmjager with no jump smocks and Stahlhelms). No STG44’s, Sub Machine guns limited to Squad Leaders, 2ic’s and Officers only

HISTORY COME TO LIFE!

The crew have been hard at work making and folding the Stalingrad 2 - Technical Inst. - WW2 Airsoft events game maps to make them perfect!

These maps are the genuine maps, made from digital scans, issued to both Soviet (left) and German (right) troops during the fighting.

An immersive tool for breifing the troops and setting the scene! We cant wait!!!!

This is all great stuff. Nice to see the 75mm(I assume this is Tim's old Gebirgsjager gun with new wheels).

Sadly I'm still hopping around on one leg, so won't be fit for this game. Have a great time and I hope to be OK for the Arnhem one.

Many have asked for a breakdown of the loadouts being used for our events.

Here is the Soviet partisan impression. This would have been seen from 1941 all the way through to 1945. This is just a basic loadout for you to see what you may need for an try your first event.

This is the most practical airsoft kit for anyone wanting to try Frontline's events. Bill raided a local charity shop for cloths spending £30, can that be beaten?

Head;

- Flat Cap

Torso;

- Old shirt

- Old Blazer

- Basic Soviet webbing;

- Leather Belt

- Mosin Pouch

- Grenade Pouch

Weapon;

- Ares Kar98K

Legs;

- Trousers

- Shoes (We recommend comfortable footwear).
