1. Play Call of Duty 2/3 on your preferred medium
2. Listen to what the German soldiers shout as you are shooting them
3. Say things that sound enough like them whilst running around a bit and pointing at thing.
4. If you need to make something known that can not be inferred through gesticulating and shouting random phrases (whatever that may be? 
) then take the word (or phrase made into one long word) stick 'Ge' on the front and 'en' on the end and shout that.

That's over twice as many Americans, of course if you are talking about quality then I can see why your worried. 
One thing I have noticed is that American players do have a tendency to book nearer the time, just an observation.
