ok few bits that i have bought off ebay
cap 1 - fits me nicely and is marked as a 60 inside , though they canbe adjusted a little with the string , but not to bad if you just want plain cap for £7.50

cap 2 no marking but fits nicely and i tend to take a 60 , though again £7.50 posted so they are nice and cheap

belt set up , £30 pounds posted and for a set up i hope to use twice a year fits in nicely, the quality is not far from the hiki pouches i have , maybe tad less but its cheap as chips , can also get in a darker version
