 Che and Fand'os looking 'confused' by the container!

Promise we'll have a knees up at varsity - I might need to be a batman for it though, no chance of getting officer gear by then... :(

Great shoot, great people as ever. I got to know some more of you, and there were some new guys there with fantastic kit. Who was the guy with the Kreta armband?

Was hilarious to see the Yanks running up and down that huge mound! As Che said - "it's like that film, The Hill!"

Thanks to everyone for a top quality day. Good to meet you guys in the flesh at last. Only disappointed that I missed out on Saturday night as in looked like a great laugh. Best moment for me was accidentally getting two GIs as they ran into a stream of BB fire directed at someone much further away (and getting kudos from my squad mates). Looking forward to more piccies.

Low point of the day was getting hands and arms covered in bastard stinging nettles as I was crawling up to the front line. Presumably this entitles me to a wound badge???

Thoroughly enjoyed the event. Walking out on patrol first thing in the morning with 5 rounds was, err, interesting.

Ah, that's a good idea - we weren't aware of that. I've now added captions to my earlier photos, for recognition purposes. There are a couple of names that need putting to faces - sorry chaps. I am getting to know more and more of you as time goes on.

And now my thanks - Gunman: great site, thanks for letting us borrow it. Gadge, Yith and Major for playing your parts. As I heard it, Churchill had about 10 handguns on the dashboard, waiting to be used. In the end, he couldn't stop himself from leaping from the jeep and having a shootout with the Fallschirmjager! That's how we captured him!

Thanks most of all to the fab four - Old 'Un, Chommers, Kermit and Headshot - for all their hard work and great ideas. Much appreciated, chaps.

yep the PM was keen to bag himself a hun! We really had a hard time talking him out of taking on the krauts single handed :)

Totally happy. The site, the game and of course you guys were all worth the trip from the continent! Special thanks to Steiner for the "delivery".
I'll come again!
