Cool, x3 on boards with stake. We can set them at three distances - I'll put my M14 out for range use as the player's guns will be in the armoury!

 Cool! Hope you haven't got arc eye - during my three years as an in-plant photographer I was always scared stiff of arcs and arc flashes esp. as every other photo involved someone welding something!

You shall not pass.
Found some paint as well , ends are wood , H&S got the better of me , a falling barrier will hurt a lot less with wood . All in £70 . Will finish with some boards reading HALT on the ends

Easel and palette sorted. Will need a cheap canvas too.

Che and Carl and pricing up the containers for us. Will get back too. Looking at metal or curved ply. They're doing a special CiA price.

Dave, print off two of the pub signs. I'm making a frame to hang it off like a pub swing sign. Wil attach with velcro.

Does anyone have a battery powered drill? I seem to remember masonry nails were a waste of time and there won't be any wood to fix signs to, just the concrete slab walls.

Point taken - I've never used it but would 'No Nails' type of glue work or does it mean holding it in place until it's dried?

No Nails is shite.

A cordless hammer drill will be needed. Mine is corded though.

Update: Che and Carl are halfway through with the containers and will send pics at the weekend.

I've got a cordless hammer drill. Not the worlds greatest, but it will do the job....

I take it you want some nails and rawlplugs as well?

When we were an Empire it was run by an Empress
Now we're a country we're run by a..........

Screws and rawlplugs usually work best! ;)

Yeah, couldn't find any rawlplugs in my 'box of DIY shit' yesterday.

Great, I've got nails, screws, plugs and gaffa tape as well so that should be sorted.

I've just picked up the vinyl banners which look fab and printed off a load of US and Brit posters to cover the walls - I'll pick up a sachet of wallpaper paste tonight.

Most of the signage is now printed - I'll be mounting them next week.

What were you going to do with the pub signs Steve? If I mount them back to back will they hang from whatever you are making?

Oh, and what are the cylinders costing us?

Can you print off two of the pub signs and mount them separately. I'm going to make a swing sign out of them. It'll be difficult to attach it if they're just mounted back to back on foam board.

Containers are costing £100 for both.

Right, that's a pair of parachutes made - 7' long and stringed up. They are only 1/8th section but as they will be on the ground or draped in a tree it should look fine!
Total cost £12
