Just a reminder on practical things
Eversley has no amenities so you need to bring water with you

If you can’t find the site or need directions call: 07711019255. Mobile phone signal on site is at best very bad.
We will put some signs out at the site entrance.
Once you have turned off the A327 Fleet Road into the site, you need to ignore all the signs for quarry traffic and head down the gravel road in a straight line for about a mile until you reach the safe zone. Please KEEP YOUR SPEED BELOW 20mph and no rally driving. Horse riders regularly share the track and any signs of rally style driving will raise complaint

If you are coming Friday night the gate should be open until about 7pm. If it is locked please try and ring the mobile number but as stated mobile signal is on and off.
If you intend to arrive later on in the evening please let me know soonest so we can arrange a time to go and unlock the gate.

OK Kool. If by chance anyone is going to be late we will go to the gate on the hours if you cannot get us on the mobile until 9.pm I think it is best for people to Txt the number given as that will probably get through fingers crossed
