I also think that a saturday game with friday night camping and the option to camp on saturday night, is a good plan. If we can keep costs down, it will encourage players and maybe get some new "brand loyalty" created.
If we are doing a recce, we need to sort out a date, as I'm on nights and holiday quite soon.

I'd say definitely keep it to Saturday only for the game play. I'm happy with the title.
We've still got loads of pyro on hand. It's all in my shed. It's all electrical det stuff. A mixture of 5g > 25g. No napthas.
Oh, and we could easily reduce the price to £45. Most people have only paid a deposit so refunds would be minimal.

Jay had them as well. There was a mention of selling them off but, nothing came of it. I still have a decent sized roll of D10 (a bit tangled up).
I'm on holiday on July 6th I'm afraid, then I'm at IED on 12/13th July. I can make 19/20th July, or the afternoon of July 27th for a recce.
Edit - just noticed dadio has booked as a German. David, can I be cheeky and ask to borrow Brit kit off you for this one?

Gah, I'd written myself in for the British side! But I have battledress jacket & 2 pairs trouser & para smock so I suppose I can make two kits out of it. The battledress fits me but the smock would be fine for you.
I thought IED had packed up! 19/20 July is fine for me but it is getting a bit close to game day.
Should we contact CA just to check everything is OK? Don't want to turn up and find the bunker is out of bounds. 
Thanks for the kit. I feel like a total scrounger, as I don't have a stitch of kit myself! IED did pack up but, some other guys have picked up the reigns.

Can we invent a role for Evo? He was very keen to come, but he's got major back problems which means he can't lump kit around all day.
How about radio operator for Evo? We can resurrect the radio packs (minus the concrete!)

Germans won't have to lump kit, Brits will. I'll bring a sack truck to be used as a hand cart for Brit supplies. We could make Evo the second German commander perhaps? Gavin is also having mobility problems so asked if less mobiles roles could be tasked if he wasn't up to speed on the day.
We will have wired telephone comms on the Germans side only. I was planning a couple of radio operators on the British side to coordinate the two troops - I do have a pair of the Motorolas left but they will need new batteries (I sold all the pukka sets off a year or more ago).
I'll try and get over to site myself, sooner rather than later, and draw up the game plan then all we need to do is fine tune it on the final recce.
