Just bought an M42 Jacket off SOF and was wondering did the 82nd Airborne ever show examples of wearing an extra pocket on the arm?
I've got the jacket with the 101st patch, american flag and arm pocket, but i'll be rebadging it for the Greenback game and didn't know whether to change just the patch or whip the lot off.
as far I know, only 101st had the arm pocket? someone may be able to say for sure 
Like you never see 101st with an arm flag in Normandy you never see 82nd with extra pockets.
Thats 'never' as in hens teeth, rocking horse droppings etc.

Yep. 82nd had flags. 101st had arm pockets, there really should be no argument in that what so ever.May be worth whipping the pocket of , sewing on the 82nd patch and then when you're finished just sewing the shoulder pocket back on over the top...in case you need the 82nd badge at a later date! The patch May be a little high for that mind.

This is always an option for those with some humour in their airsofting life?
It comes with a Velcro backing so you could swap for a pukka patch if you feel the need.
Yes there is a 101st option, 'Chairborne' if you must...
