Speaking of American headgear - is there usually this much of a gap between the liner and the shell? I'm having problems getting it pushed down any further. Also how is the camo job for a first attempt?

Any pointers/advice much appreciated!

Their shouldnt be a gap that pronounced, It should be a few mil, no more than that. Cammo looks great.

Cheers, thought the gap shouldn't be that much. I'll have a go at trimming the excess.

I literally stood on mine to get the liner in nice and tight.

I stood on mine like Barrie, did the trick for me! :)

Good effort on the camo too, anything that disrupts the outline of your head is good.
