Can anybody advise me how to attach the leather (SOF) sling to my Garand. I have looked on web and perused photos but what ever i do it doesn't look quite right. I think it should be adjustable if it is correct. There is the possibility that the sling is rubbish or maybe it's me thats rubbish.
As usual Hardscrabble Farm comes to the rescue too. I highly recommend you read through the firing positions bit too, it works really well. The Hasty Sling is brill.

Works really well at keeping the rifle steady, especially with my S&S garand which has a heavy front end.
So I can assume that SOF has started selling the right M1907 Sling with 2 hooks, instead of the sling for the BAR with 3 hooks.
