iv read a previous thread about SoF webbing and the general opinion was it wasnt very good, so iv got a couple of questions on other items

and the M43 jacket and trousers any good for £60 ?

should i bother with a grenade pouch belt (shoot'n'scoot) and demolition pouch? ( i was thinking i could use them for other items i.e grenade pouch for...well....grenades, and the demolition pouch for spare magazines etc) all together they cost £35, i think its worth it but i havnt used them.

Any thoughts???

Went to the shop last week and took a mate who is serving with the army and he gets 10% off so next time I will save loads, the shop is really good and there is a load of kit there not in the catalogue :) Only 45 minutes from me so easy run :)

Once SOF had 2 shops in Liverpool, they have long since gone, I got a US pistol belt from them & the eyelets came out within a few hours with a holster on it, you can get un issued real belts in tan if you look about & they will last years, the newer SOF US webbing is fair but not that good, the strap adjusters & clips on the musette packs are crap, they have naff far east spring clips on them & the adjusters move when you carry stuff in it, you can put some stitches in the straps to stop then slipping,
