1) Where can i get the best sling to fit a TM M14 but would also be appropriate for an
M1 Garand (Conversion)?
2) Do AGM/CYMA/KINGS ARMS/CLASSIC ARMY M14 magazines fit the TM M14?
3) Will the ACM 003/003A Shotgun mags fit the TM M14? (Before conversion to M1 Garand S+S)
4) I've heard that there is a top rail (don't know f that the real term) that has a wood effect that can be purchased for the TM M14 to make it
5) Will a SOF Bar belt hold M14 mags?

1. Surely a Garand sling would be perfect, you can pick these up from SOF, any militaria shop or fair.
2.I'm not sure I don't think they do but there maybe be someone more educated that will know for definate.
3.The mags themselves have to be converted slightly, there is nothing about the mag well in the conversion which is changed somags will fit an unconverted M14...but mags themselves must be converted first.
4.I have seem them although I thought they were custom mods, best just cutting the cost of buying that and saving up for the wood kit for the Garand. Biguk has the wood kit on his Garand and it it looks mint! If you're going to Gulch then come and have a look at it.
5. Yes, BAR Belts hold 2 M14 magazines per pouch.

My TM M14 accepts AGM mags and King arms although I've had minor feeding issues with AGM mags and major feed issues with King Arms. The Classic Army ones do not fit by a longshot. They are a totally different shape and similar to the G&G. They probably would fit that instead.
I'm running TM locaps in my M14 now and they are faultless.

Watch out for the SOF "Garand" slings, they are actually "BAR" slings, - three brass hooked ends instead of just 2, and they have a horrible modern plasticy leather finish. I have heard good things about ATF's slings.

They used to advertise them as Garand/BAR slings, they are very similar but actually different. SOF's slings are very orange when they come, take a lot of work to get looking nice. The 1 I gave you with my old Garand was 1 from Platoon, thats a proper M1 Sling (repro)

It's nice, but is missing one of the keepers. Also you'd not put it on right when you gave it to me...
