The answer is not really. They are not compatible with the german zelt. You may see them used as a tarp, covering a trench or foxhole but they were not issued as a shelter to frontline troops. There is a late war triangular zelt made from Italian cloth, I have one, they are compatible with the regular German zelt though single sided.
Much of the cloth used to make camo clothing by the germans was not recycled shelters but cut off the roll virgin cloth. 1st/12th SS used much Italian cloth, some units who were attached to the same SS corps seem to have had a small issue of italian camo clothing, 116th are rumoured to be one but photos are rare.

They look like Pirchen Italian trousers so should be good. Chen's print is quite possibily the best you can get. Dog green was selling these for £60, of course he and Chen are both noticiably absent at present....
