I have a totenkopf belt buckle, it has the Wehrmacht motto (Gott mit Uns) with an SS Totenkopf, was this a real buckle of WW2 or is it a made up fake ?, if real does anyone know which units wore these belts, was it the SS-Totenkopfverbände ? or did other units wear them as well, and if so which ?

It sounds dodgy to me, I'm afraid. "Gott mit uns" was Heer only. The skull was an old cavalry symbol for both British and German, but I've never seen it on a belt.
Someone with more knowledge might gain-say me, though.
You've got nothing to ein, zwei, drei, vier
I did a bit of googling and on various forums people are asking about totenkopf 'gott mit uns' buckles. The general consensus seems to be that these are fantasy items.
iirc SS Totenkopf wore standard SS belt buckles.
