Time to get a grip on the increasing babble posted on this forum - regular forum users don't like it and I don't think we do either.
So, perpetrators get a warning from a mod with boilerplate text and can be done in this manner:
Click on User Name to get to their Profile page.
In the top right panel 'User Statistics' you will see in white 'Warn User'
Click this and copy and paste the boilerplate text (this is for ease - no reason why you can't amend on a case by case basis) and make sure the 'Notify user about warning' box is ticked and click Submit.
Obviously we don't need to go overboard about this and tolerance is a wonderful thing, so I propose that two moderators only have the task to lessen the likelihood of double warning or persecution! And I'm going to suggest Yith and Headshot for this role.
And so for the boilerplate - here is a suggestion:

Text speak, over-abbreviated words, capitalised text and unpunctuated text is not only very hard to read it is impossible for search engines to make use of. Therefore, respecting of your fellow forum users, I am pointing out that your posts have crossed the threshold of acceptability and ask that from now on you take care to make sure your posts are more carefully typed.
Looks good to me - makes sense to have only a couple of people doing it as well, otherwise certain individuals would be getting warnings from *all* of us, i'm sure.

I wouldn't mind sending him a pm asking him to perhaps run his posts though a spell checker first as they are very difficult to read.

Yup, i mean Firefox and IE both have very easy to add (I'm a Luddite and i can do it) spellcheckers so TBH dyslexia is no longer a real excuse for poor posting.

Nothing wrong with taking a little time to ensure one is fully understood. Especially if you have a disability that you are aware of.

As you may or may not know, we've introduced a new policy on the spelling and grammar within people's posts on the forum where we intend to issue warnings to those who consistently, and intentionally, use bad grammar, spelling and text-speak within the forum submissions.
I'm aware that you have dyslexia and don't want to offend you in anyway, but I was wondering if you might be able to run your posts through a spellchecker before submitting to the forum. There are built-in spellcheckers in Firefox and IE, or you might be able to use MS Word to check the text before you post it on the forum.
I have found some of your posts hard to decipher and I think it might help people to understand your posts more clearly. The last thing I want if for someone to get the wrong end of the stick if they misread something.
Like I said, I'm not issuing a warning, nor will I, as I understand that this is not something you choose to do; I'm just offering some advice to enable you to post more effectively.
