First question: yes, no problem.
Second question: Don't know. mine's stock and don't have a chrono, so don't know what it's even firing at, let alone how to drop it down..
Put a 1 joule spring in it, then for other sites you will still have the more powerfull one, get it chrono'd first but they seem to have a fairly powerfull spring in it as standard, failing that buy a standard TM spring, this will give you about 280 fps,

Right, thanks for the info chaps. It's just when I was searching the site, someone said theirs was 350fps out of the box. This is my mate who has bought one for Wotan (his first skirmish), but I wouldn't want him to turn up and find he couldn't use it. 
How long does it take to change a spring?
Will any 1J spring fit??

... or buy the Cybergun Official version that's 1J out of the box and not the hot Cyma one. 
I have a standard TM spring if its any use Steiner, its new, I buy the TM piston kits & dump the springs,

Just wounderd does anyone elses mags are hard to put on? I have to wack mine to go on and the mag realease is a ball bag aswell is this the same with everyone else or have a been buggerd again lol

no, it's a tight fit to start with, but it gets easier. it you put a drop of silicon lubricant in the runners it helps too.

if you go to maplin in town, they sell an aerosol can of it for about £4. just tell 'em you want a can of silicon lubricant, they'll sort you out.

It may affect the plastic, silicone spray is cheap & what you need, try your local Lidl, I know they used to have it for abour £1 a tin, I have been using the very stuff for over 18 months with no adverse effects,
