Do you have the dimensions? If I knew the length of the parts I might be able to blow that last pic up and use it to plan foam inserts for the case.
I'll measure up in the morning ,I made the last bit today ,it now has the tool for adjusting the hop and opening the battery compartment ,it sits inside the lower receiver in front of the stock ,you just remove the stock and shake it out ,it has a fine hex on one end and a larger one on the other with a hinge in the middle so it bends 90 degrees to give more torque for the larger screw that holds the battery compartment cover/end cap ,that screw does not need to be overly tight just nipped up but the tool will get it undone even if it is a little tight .

Dadio has done a great job. This is a really fun gun to use. The only room for improvement is that the rear sight aperture is a bit big and the sling loops are a bit too narrow for the metal bits at the ends of the sling to fit through. It should be relatively simple to add some plastic tubing inside the sight aperture to make it narrower and now that the sling is on, I can just leave it on.
I am told by the Germans that the range is exceptional. Apparently I had a stream off bb's flying past their heads well beyond the range that they could shoot back. Well I guess once I get the sight aperture right, there won't be a stream off bb's flying PAST their heads
I have now had time to play with the way it fits inside the box (the magwell was too high when we tried it at Combat south), and by tilting the angle forward it will just fit. I am in the process of glueing the foam inserts now.
On the basis of my experience, I would have to say that if Dadio ever offers to make you the gun of your dreams, go for it. I learned a lot about the Owen gun and ended up with a spectacular weapon.
