when I saw it I just thinked is better or not agains agm one? then I thinked is the same just whit "bakelite" hand guard and grip (some agm bring them too)
Im not shure but agm mp40 does 315fps? this one says it do 350fps and their thompson actually does it so it makes me think about it and then cybergun mp40 costs a little bit more than agm this means its better?
now Im gonna put some sites where I see it and I dont know if they are lazy and put the same caracteristic or them are actually the same

PD: in ww2 where both desings of hand guard: black and bakelite even an aluminiun one isnt it?

You`ll probably find the cyber-ripoff mp40 is the same as the AGM one, they have a habit of repackaging and charging twice as much. 
Looking at the pictures I think cybergay have re boxed the AGM one, you can't beat RSOV for a deal on a AGM MP40,
