I cant really understand what your problem is...Maybe you need to word it in simpler terms. But surely if the safety is on...that will lock the bolt arm in place so that it cant be moved. It wont lock the trigger, which sounds like a normal bolt action safety.
Try this. on the rear of the bolt can be unscrewed, this may be loose, try to tighten it and it that has no effect try untightening it. the mag plate is loose on all of them. when you say loose is it wobbly or worse. again remoce the plate, there is a little catch and it should fall out along with the spring. Have a look and see if it can be tightened. I reckon that its just loose like the rest. P
right the plate is normal. Just the way its made. the bolt I still reckon can be solved by tightening or loosing the real part of the bolt, the bit that when you cock the weapon goes in. try that and see how it goes. Pat
open the bolt and pull it back as if you are going to cock it, the rear of the bolt should turn.
