I've bought one of these GBB WE Luger P08s. I may be a dummy but is there a way to close the breech block with an empty magazine? I want to store it empty but don't want all the inside-y bits exposed.
They are a bit of a faff aren't they!
Here's what to do...
Look at the P08 from above and the breech block has a little lever at the front. Stick your finger in the hole and you can move it up and down (ooh err before anyone else does).
Lift the lever, squeeze the trigger and guide the breech block into the closed position.

I would never ever have worked that out on my own. Thanks HB.
If you do so the gun will be cooked and there will be tension on the spring while you store it.
If you want to store your gun unloaded with magazine in you have to:
1. load the gun
2. insert magazine so there is a 8mm gap like the picture.

3. press the trigger
4. Gentle push the magazine up ontill it lockes.
Here's my penny's worth.
After the last shot the toggle is locked in the up position:
1.Release and remove the magazine.
2.With the pistol held normally, pull the toggle rearward slightly, depress the trigger, release the toggle and it moves forward into it's closed position.
3. Pull the trigger to release tension on the spring before storing your pistol.

Shellshokt - yours is the only one that works for the WE Luger. Must be the difference between a toy and the real steel. Thanks guys.
