either the MP40 or Thompson. The Kar98 is rubbish. have a look at the threads on it.

If you're going yank, then the Thompson for sure. The mp40 is equally good, but the k98 isn't really a usable gaming gun.
or most of the time, even a usable gun. ![]()
Yep, definitely a Thompson if you're going allied, or an MP40 if you can't find a Thompson as they're quite hard to find now, unless you get the much more expensive TM one. Failing that, how about an M14? "Counts as" an M1 Garand and easily conveted to look like one as well.

When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!
I have to say i have a cyma m14 socom and use it really often as a looks like. I love it to bits may even get a wood kit for it one day. They are thin on the ground at the mo though
I have 2 standard mp40s with low and mid caps which rule and are great fun, but lack the range mainly due to a sub standard hop, if you get one of these poss try to get an up graded one.
A cyma thompson and a Marui one with a wood kit both are great good range on the cyma due to the 350 ish fps, and the marui one aint far behind lower fps but great hop. i belive action hobbies have cyma thompsons in stock.
I agree on the K98 thing though whist the shells are great fun, that fact its practically unskirmishable means the 2 i have are props for my other hobbies
good luck
