This is the first i've heard of a new ppsh but it seems its already on sale. I wonder how well it will stack up compared to the ARES and HP as it's cheaper than both and has blowback. Very interesting to see a review if anyone gets one.

Look to be just a re-branded Ares to me!

“I wanted to come to the Volga at a specific location at a specific city. By chance it carries the name of Stalin himself. So don’t think I marched there for this reason – it could carry another name – but because there is a very important goal... this goal I wanted to take – and you know – we are very modest, we have it already."
Adolf Hitler, November 1942

"Comrades, Red Army men, commanders and political workers, men and women guerrillas! It is on your perseverance, staunchness, fighting skill and readiness to discharge your duty to the country that the defeat of the German-fascist army and the liberation of the Soviet land from the Hitlerite invaders depend! We can and must clear the Soviet land of Hitlerite vermin."
Joseph Stalin, November 1942

well alot of chinese companies atm have jumped on the EBB wagon so its no surprise that this has come out. Hopefully soon though you will have 4 companies to choose from as Zeta Labs have announced they will alos release one. Be intresting to see if it takes the Ares Curved mags though. Good find. :good:

Well, those photos are of an Ares! If it is a copy, then it is absolutely 100% identical to the Ares. :|

No, pressed steel.

I went to ehobbyasia's retailer recently and got to hold one, it felt solid, just like the ares and had incredible detail. I will be buying one in the near future :happyswing:

AGM sten mkII
Classic Army Colt 1911A1 GBB pistol
ARES PPSh-41

Zeta Labs will probably be a bit expensive considering their spring mosin nagant was ridiculously priced for what it is

I felt one and I think it is the best one on the market because it is a direct copy of the ARES but half the price

Well I have to admit I placed an order a few days ago then started to wonder if the mag well was alloy to keep the price low.
As when you look at the front of the mag well it looks to be solid unlike my home made PPSH or a real one. However now I have a closer look on a better screen I can see it is pressed steel with some other metal/plastic inside.

Will let you know what I think when I get it :D

Well, nice cheque back from the tax man :happyswing: and finding this out has meant that another parcel is on its way to our shore. :happyswing:
Plus i have seen they do there own stick mags but they are copies of the ares ones so i suppose both will be interchangable.

There reason the video is so long is because I am comparing it to the real thing and also the version I made.
There is also an other point I have left out about the cocking bolt design, if you pull it hard back at the end of the days use it has a spring de-tensioner built it which is a great idea presumably a copy from the Aries version.
