Nice bit of kit by the looks of it, I do like the way it opens up like the original. :good:

Yes that did impress me as well as the gearbox and hence air nozzle is in the stock but the barrel swings over without snapping the hop or nozzle.
Also the strength they have got in it to be able to sit on the mag like the real thing.
It looks like they have used a Well VZ61 mag as the internals for this prototype, as I have been thinking the same thing but may now use a thompson mag and fit it in the base of the mag, I think they may also do similar to this unlike the other Chinese models to come.

Hexagon PPsh-41 Airsoft AEG rifle
Product Description
Almost two years ago we approached AGM in China about making this gun for us, even before the Sten and MP44. Sadly, they failed to deliver before their closure by the authorities in Sept '09.

Now. the best value PPsh on the market is from these guys - Hexagon Productions, made in China and assembled in Hong Kong. This WW2 iconic Russian machine pistol has a full working bolt (not blowback) and is made using the same methods as the real gun.

●Real Steel features and manufacturing process.
●Pressed BLUED! steel and real wood.
●Authentic field-strip.
●V7 M14 gearbox with metal bushings.
●Hop-up and inner barrel from JG G36C which can be removed in seconds for cleaning or maintenance.
●High torque motor.
●Adjustable Hop-up.
●600rd Blued steel manual-wind drum magazine.
●330-350FPS.
●Mini battery or Lipo 105x35x15mm.

An MP40 stick-mag adaptor will soon be available and shortly afterwards, bespoke PPsh stick mags.

£249.99

 Bloody typical! Didn't I say it would be out the week after Boryszyn?

Still, no mad rush to get one now. Plenty of time for the hype to die down and get one in time for the next Russian themed event.

Yes bloody typical. Nice that they're finally here though. I'm in no great hurry to get one yet though, I'll wait and see if the price drops.

They say they've got 16 coming by air, but don't say how many more are going to be made...

We anticipate a huge demand for this model so please make sure you get yours quickly. We have 16 arriving by air freight next week with the bulk shipment by sea in 4 weeks from now (3rd week of Feb 2010).

They could probably have sold out instantly a couple of weeks ago.

The price for the next batch is due to be £230 IIRC, as they are taking the slower cheaper shipping route. I decided not to wait, mine's is ordered!!

Oh, and Lardass, you has the longest sig EVER!! Took nearly a week to scroll to the end with the PM button on it!! :P

NPs! I always feel cheeky linking on forums but I reckoned the denizens here might be genuinely interested and unaware that we had managed to get UK distributorship for these :)

Just make sure you've got plenty in stock before our next Russin Front event! :good:

Gentlemen I give you...

http://www.airsoftworld.net/hexagon-pps ... rifle.html

Remember - enjoy replica WWII weaponry responsibly :D

I was enjoying watching the video last night, glorious fun if in a bad over acting/slightly tacky way :good:

"This is papasha, made from recylcled kalasnakovs, as strong as bear!"

To the tune of "Mademoiselle from Armentières"

Napoleons army ran away, As you do
The guard stood firm for Frances Pride, As you do
They said the guard will stand and die
But we heard what their Colonel cried
It wasn't pretty I tell you.

I found part 2:
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xbuhhs ... sh41_sport

Near the end of part 1, in the "intermission" when he's removing the butt plate, a link comes up at the top of the screen.

Push the play button there before pt1 finishes. There is some overlap, so you won't miss any of it.

There are a few things that don't look quite right on it like the front sight (not made as per the one I have and not windage adjustable) and the stock shape at the base of the handgrip.
It will be a heavy gun more than the AGM MP44, and front heavy but overall it is good value for money.

Could that difference in the stock be due to needing to fit in the gearbox?

I'm in the position that I'd like one, but I'm not likely to use it in-context, so I'll leave the currently limited numbers to those that will. :good:
